In 2019 the “Faith Chapel” a former church was purchased and transformed into a beautiful brand new four-plex to create additional housing for the growing needs of Thunder Bay. The property also had the ability to be severed. To the North a new two storey duplex with full finished basement and attached garages was built, and to the south a single family two storey home with a full finished basement and attached garage. The scope of work included the demolition of the interior of the existing building, new site services, interior framing, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing, finishing carpentry, fire separations, windows, doors, penetrations, roofing, and project management/communication.
