“We are pleased and grateful to be able to work with the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board on the establishment of 8 more rent-geared-to-income housing units. For the past 24 years, we have been proud to be one of a few non-profit housing providers in Thunder Bay. With the opening of the units today, we now operate a total of 44 units scattered throughout the city. We recognize that social housing isn’t perfect, that there still are problems which need to be solved. Despite this—and amongst many other reasons—we need to support people that cannot compete in the city’s housing market, and we need to support low wage workers to continue living close to the jobs that need their skills.”
I highly recommend this amazing and professional crew! I came across them on an ad in the newspaper and called and asked for a quote for sprayfoaming in our house. Ryan came the next day and took a look at our project. Ryan gave us a quote and a break down of what would be involved in the project. He was on par with my standards - which were high because this is our nursery and I have thorough knowledge of the building code and material standards (which i did not mention on the phone with him). His crew was able to come the next day and perform the work for us! The crew was amazing. Their level of respect, efficiency and cleanliness! The tarpped everything around the area and cleaned up after themselves! They even cleaned in my garden - which i thought they would try to hide garbage in there. I could not be more impressed and satisified with them! They were also very reasonable in price! Ryan charged us the agreed upon price and did not charge us any additional fees. However, there were also no hidden surprises since we were able to do a full investigation of the area prior to - resulting in no additional costs. They will be my first call for all my construction needs!
Can't say enough about the excellent fast affordable job the Rj concrete crew did and especially the concern i had of heavy equipment backing in my paved driveway, and not a mark on it when they were finished. Also they stuck to the quote he gave .First class company all the way . 100% recommend these guys.
Very happy with the slab. Workers were friendly, professional and very efficient. All my questions were answered; I was informed throughout the process from prep to gravel to rebar to concrete. Finishing was done meticulously and the end result is perfect. I recommend this company.
